25th Natchitoches Jazz Fest and Crawfish Festival

Fri 5/20 to Sun 5/22. Ride down Friday. Hit Crawfish Hole restaurant. Saturday visit historic plantations. Sat evening check out Jazz Fest. Sun ride home.
QT in Euless (Murphy Drive) at 7:30am and then the Forney 7/11 (by Mc Donalds) at Hwy 740 (Pinson Rd) @ 8:30am will put us in Nacogdoches for Noon lunch and into Natchitoches La about 3-3:30pm. (315 miles… about the same as running to the Hill Country)
Rooms are available as of 5/2/25022 but are in the $140 range. Best Western seems to be OK. Econo Lodge is $125 but is a smoking/non-smoking place (be careful which you reserve)
It’s severe storm season so make sure you get a good cancellation policy. Don’t go for the cheaper “non cancellation” rate.
We’ve been before and it’s a fun ride.
The bands can be seen from the main drag through town.
The crawfish restaurant is pretty cool.
Visit the early American Plantation historic sites.
Ride the awesome roads of deep East Texas.
